Deborah M. Smith, Executive Director of The Pettengill House, Inc. was recently honored by the Northeast Counselors Association (NECA).
Ms. Smith received the NECA "Special Service" Award in recognition of her "effective work with children, families and school personnel" through the Pettengill House School Link Service Intervention Program.
Northeast Counselors Association is comprised of professional counselors from the North Shore, Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire.
